TCT Computing Group, Inc. Training Policy FAQs

1. What time does class start?
   Unless requested by you, all TCT Computing Group, Inc. classes begin at 9:00am and end by 5:00pm local time. Instructor-led Online Training classes begin at 10:00am and end by 6:00pm Eastern Time.
   
   
2. Are the Instructor-led Online Training classes different than the classes held at a facility?
   No. All classes are the same. You will receive the courseware at least two business days prior to the first day of class.
   
   
3. Who will be teaching the Instructor-led Online Training classes?
   All Instructor-led Online Training classes are taught by industry-leading Certified Instructors.
   
   
4. Will I need to install any software on my PC for the Instructor-led Online Training class?
   No. You will be remotely accessing a computer in our lab. Therefore, no software or training files will need to be installed on your PC.
   
   
5. My company has a firewall. How can I be sure that I will be able to access the computer lab for the Instructor-led Online Training class?
   It is strongly recommended that you perform a test prior to receiving registration confirmation. You will receive information regarding the test in your registration acknowledgement.
   
   
6. Will class end early on the last day?
   Generally yes, but the decision of booking an early flight, etc. is left to you.
   
   
7. Do I need to bring anything?
   No. All necessary items will be provided for you.
