All public classes will be held at a TCT authorized training facility in:
Columbia, MD
 The Columbia facility offers easy access from Baltimore, Washington D.C., Southern Pennsylvania, and Delaware via Interstate 95 or other locations via Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) airport.
Columbus, OH
 Centrally located in Ohio, our Columbus facility is easily accessed from Interstate 70, Interstate 71 and Interstate 270. The facility is also just sixteen miles from the Port Columbus International Airport, for those traveling by air.
Phoenix, AZ
 Our Phoenix facility is easily accessed from AZ 51, in the area of the Biltmore Fashion Park. Located just 16 miles from Sky Harbor International Airport, this facility is conveniently located for those living outside the Phoenix area.
Washington, DC
 Conveniently located in the center of Washington's business district, the Washington, DC facility provides easy access to Ronald Regan Washingtion National Airport (DCA), the Washington Metro system and has parking available in the building.

Instructor-led Online Training - Using a standard web browser, students participate in interactive online training with the instructor. Students can see their instructor, live, directly from their browser! This makes interaction between the student and instructor much more personable. There is no HP/Mercury software for you to install. All hands-on exercises are completed using a TCT lab computer accessed remotely. Students join a main teleconference for the entire training. Should a student need individual help, the student may request a one-on-one conversation and remote lab assistance from the instructor.

PUBLIC CLASSES AT TCT FACILITIES: At a minimum, two weeks notification is required for students requesting to cancel a training registration. If cancellation is done in writing at least 14 calendar days prior to the training class start date, a 100% refund will be given. If the cancellation is done 7-14 calendar days prior to the training class start date, a 50% refund will be given. If the cancellation is done within 7 calendar days prior to the training class start date, no refund will be given. Full payment or purchase order must be received at least 7 calendar days prior to the class start date.

INSTRUCTOR-LED ONLINE TRAINING: If cancellation is done a minimum of two weeks prior to the training class start date, a 100% refund will be given. If the cancellation is done within 14 calendar days prior to the training class start date, no refund will be given. Full payment or purchase order must be received at least 14 calendar days prior to the class start date.

Class substitutions are permitted. Please notify TCT Computing Group, Inc. (TCT) of the change in advance.

TCT reserves the right to cancel a public training class for any reason. If possible, students will be notified of the cancellation at least one week prior to the class start date. Students enrolled in a cancelled course will be given the option to have their payment refunded or to receive an equivalent credit toward a future public training course.

TCT does not recommend the purchase of non-refundable tickets. TCT is not responsible for any travel, cancellation charges, or other direct or consequential losses incurred.
